2. The petitioner is in custody since 21.05.2017 in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 121 of 2017 for the alleged offences under Sections 135, 406, 420, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in connection with loot of a truck loaded with spices and other materials in respect of which the petitioner instituted Daudnagar P.S. No. 118 of 2017. But in course of investigation it was found that the petitioner being the driver of the truck along with other co-accused persons were responsible for the loot. It is submitted that the petitioner has been implicated on his confession forcibly extracted by the police and the main accused in the case is co-accused Mahmood Alam, the owner of the truck in question.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of the offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner. The bail petition stands dismissed. (Vikash Jain, J) Chandran/BT U
