JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Siwan Muffasil P. S. Case No. 421 of 2015 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the specific allegation made against the petitioners that they assaulted Mokhtar Yadav, Sikandar Yadav and Ramashankar Yadav with iron rod causing several injuries on their person, out of which two were found grievous, I am not inclined to grant them anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
