The petitioner seeks his bail in Nawada Town P.S. Case No.68 of 2015 registered under Sections 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged by the informant that, on raid, the petitioner was apprehended and from his pocket, one loaded country made pistol and one cartridge were recovered.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that one loaded country made pistol and cartridge are said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. He has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 4.2.2015. It is also submitted that the petitioner may be released on bail after completing six months in custody.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail, after completing six months in custody, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Nawada Town P.S.Case No.68 of 2015. ahk/- (Sudhir Singh, J) U T
