Petitioner is not named in the first information report but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the name of petitioner surfaced in confessional statement of co-accused, Brajesh Paswan and after that he was remanded in the present case on 02.07.2015. It is further submitted by him that except the aforesaid confessional statement as well as criminal antecedent of the petitioner, there is nothing against him and moreover, having more or less similar allegation, one co-accused has already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on
