In fact by the aforesaid order services of 63 persons were terminated and some of the persons, identically situated, approached this Court by filing C.W.J.C. No. 121 of 1992 which was dismissed by a coordinate Bench of this Court. Aggrieved by dismissal of the writ petition, Civil Appeal No. 199 of 1993 was filed before the

Patna High Court CWJC No.5062 of 1993 dt.11-10-2017 2/2 Supreme Court and, therefore, when this case came up for hearing on 19.07.1993, it was directed to be listed after decision of the Supreme Court in Civil Appeal No. 199 of 1993. Office report now indicates that Civil Appeal No. 199 of 1993 was dismissed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court way back on 04.01.1993 itself and Flag-A2 is the order showing dismissal of Civil Appeal No. 199 of 1993.
