Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, some witnesses claimed that it was petitioner who gave feedback to dacoits and hatched up a conspiracy with dacoits for commission of the alleged crime. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 18.10.2015. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, particularly, taking note of this fact that the petitioner had not taken active part in the alleged dacoity, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the
