The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-25(1-B)A, 26, 35 of Arms Act.

The prosecution case, in short, is that one live cartridge and one mobile is recovered.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 08-08-2018. One live cartridge and one mobile are said to have been recovered. There is no compliance of Section 100 Cr.P.C. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Case No. 462 of 2018.
