Case No.69 of 2019 registered under Sections 147, 149, 384, 379, 427, 341, 323, 504, and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. As per FIR, Petitioners entered inside the tea garden variously armed and mended Rs.5,000/- as extortion and also plucked 800 kg. tea leaves.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that the informant is the manager of the Tea state Kachha Kohowa and due to land dispute the petitioners made accused in this case. They are in custody since 07-11-2019. Heard learned APP also.

In view of the above facts and circumstances, let

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No. 999 of 2020(4) dt.26-02-2020 2/2 petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj in connection with Pothia P.S. Case No.69 of 2019 .
