Petitioner no.1 is father-in-law whereas petitioner no.2 is cousin father-in-law of the deceased and omnibus allegation of torturing and illegal demand has been levelled against these petitioners.

No doubt, in course of investigation co-villagers stated that deceased died due to burn injury in mysterious circumstance but considering the period of detention of the petitioners in jail custody as well as facts and circumstances of the case, let the above stated petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha District West Champaran (Bettiah) in Ramnagar P.S.
