In the background of some sort of dispute having in between the petitioner and the informant, informant had suspected hands of petitioner in getting his truck stolen away. From the order impugned it is apparent that only suspicion has been cast against the petitioner. Furthermore, the case diary also reveals that truck was to be on fire however, by whom, did not specify. Accordingly, petitioner Papu Paswan is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Smt. R. Bhargaw, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Karahgar P.S. Case

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12889 of 2015 (2) dt.07-05-2015 No.24 of 2015 in the event of his arrest / surrender within four weeks in terms of condition so laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
