Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP for the State through video conferencing. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No. 424 of 2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

As submitted, both the parties have compromised the case. A xerox copy of the compromise petition has been annexed with record as Annexure-3.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and

No.12073 of 2021(3) dt.07-02-2022 2/2 circumstances, let the petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hazipur in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No. 424 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time provided in para-1 hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
