JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 07-03-2019 The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Panapur P.S.Case No. 74 of 2017 registered under Sections 307, 323,341 and 504/34 of the Indian penal Code. It appears from perusal of ordersheet that petitioner claims to be juvenile in such view of the matter, it will be appropriate for the petitioner that he should appear before the Juvenile Justice Board at Chapra and pray for bail, who will assess the age of the petitioner and to pass an appropriate order in accordance with the provisions of Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015.
