In the present writ application, the following reliefs have been sought for on behalf of the petitioner : (A) For direction/directions, order/orders to the respondent authority to consider the service of petitioner as permanent employee in place of Temporary Worker Night Guard on the basis of prescribed more than three years continuous service tenure.
(B) For direction/directions, order/orders to the respondent authority to pay the consequential reliefs
Patna High Court CWJC No.15667 of 2017(2) dt.16-07-2018 2/2 to the petitioner after his consideration as permanent employee under the directions of State Government and observations of Hon'ble High Court as well as Apex Court in the similar circumstances.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the case of the petitioner be disposed of in the light of the order dated 25.04.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No.15357 of 2017. The respondents are directed to examine the case of the petitioner in the light of the order dated 25.04.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No.15357 of 2017 and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of this order.
With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
