The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bachhwara P.S. Case No. 65 of 2017 for the offences under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section (25(1-b) 26, 35 of Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 23.01.2018. He further submits that the name of the petitioner surfaced on the confessional statement of the co-accused. Considering the aforesaid, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
