2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 498(A) and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Mahila P.S.Case No. 21/2024

3. The marital discord between the couple has given rise to the present litigation.

4. To iron out the differences between the warring couple, earlier the matter was referred to the Patna High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. The report of the learned Mediator dated 18.08.2025 at Flag-M shows that the mediation could not spring up fruitful result and thus the mediation failed.

5. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of hard bargain by o.p.no.2 towards one-time settlement, it is not possible for the petitioner to meet her demand.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Saran, Chapra in connection with Mahila P.S.Case No. 21 of 2024/Tr.No.3862/2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall make payment of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) per month, as an interim maintenance, to the opposite party no.2.

7. This order shall be subject to any order passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Saran at Chapra in Maintenance Case No. 229 of 2022.
