One country made loaded pistol and one live cartridge are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 09.10.2015. No doubt, petitioner carries criminal antecedents of some cases but taking note of the facts and circumstances of the case as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Sonbarsa P.S.Case No. 163 of 2015.
