It has been filed for restoration of Civil Revision No. 2120 of 1991. After it was filed on 23.08.1993, the office pointed out defects on 04.12.1993 and till date even after 34 years having been past nothing has been done and the defects have not been rectified.

Taking note of the aforesaid, this Court now does not see any reason to get the matter pending, grant time for removal of the defects and restore Civil Revision No. 2120 of

Patna High Court MJC No.1295 of 1993(2) dt.17-10-2017 2/2 1991.
