2. On 25.04.2023, Co-ordinate Bench passed the following order:- "Mr. Anshuman Singh, learned Advocate for the appellant/Housing Board submits that the respondent has died, which information has been provided by the son of the respondent.

Let a substitution petition be filed

Patna High Court L.P.A No.22 of 2020(19) dt.24-02-2025 2/2 positively by the next date, when this Court would consider the desirability of issuing notice to the substituted heir of the respondent, failing which the appeal shall be dismissed without further reference to the Bench.

Re-notify on 9th of May, 2023."

3. Despite the aforementioned order of the Co-ordinate Bench, subsequently time and again, matter is adjourned for compliance for more than three occasions, still appellant has failed to comply.

4. Accordingly, the present L.P.A. stands dismissed for non-compliance of aforementioned order read with subsequent orders.
