JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 22-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be mother-in-law of the deceased and according to the prosecution case itself, it was petitioner who gave information to the informant regarding the death of the deceased.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate III, Rosera, Samastipur in connection with Bibhutipur P.S.Case No. 196 of 2015, G.R.No. 963 of 2015.
