We find that without moving the court below for release of the vehicle which was seized in consequence of an FIR having been lodged against the petitioner, he has approached this Court directly.

The petitioner would be well advised to approach the court below for release of the vehicle in question. If

Patna High Court CWJC No.928 of 2022 dt.24-02-2022 2/2 confiscation proceeding has been initiated, the confiscating authority is directed to conclude the proceedings as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 90 days.

With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition stands disposed off.
