JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 11-04-2023 The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Agion Garahani P.S. Case No.28 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 323, 354, 353, 272, 273, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this anticipatory bail application.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, if petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today and prays for regular bail, the learned court below shall consider the
