The petitioner is neither named in the FIR nor anything has been recovered from his conscious possession and it appears that the name of this petitioner came in this case on the basis of suspicion, expressed by the informant in his further statement and except the aforesaid materials, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Dharahra P.S. Case No. 82 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Smt. Sulekha Jha, Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Munger.
