The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 457, 380 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is not named in the first information report. The petitioner was arrested in Mufassil P.S. Case No. 178 of 2014 and some narcotic drugs and a motorcycle was recovered but in the present case nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Except the confessional statement there is no material to show the involvement of the petitioner although the petitioner is in jail since 16.07.2014. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like
