The accusation against the petitioner is that he demanded extortion money of Rs 10/- lakhs from his mobile phone for which petitioner is in jail custody since 15.10.2013.

It would appear that prior to this case, three cases had been registered against the petitioner but as per submission on his behalf, he has already been granted privilege of bail in all the above stated three cases. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as the period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing
