The petitioner is in custody in connection with Rajapakar (Baranti O.P.) P.S. Case No. 53 of 2017, a case under Section 399, 402, 414 of the Indian Penal Code read with Sections 25(1B)A/26/35 of the Arms Act. One country made pistol was recovered from the possession of the petitioner, when the petitioner and others were apprehended on suspicion, that they were preparing to commit dacoity. The petitioner is in custody since 05.05.2017. The criminal cases which are mentioned as criminal antecedent of the petitioner, the F.I.R. is against unknown. Considering the period undergone by the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.61354 of 2017(3) dt.13-02-2018 2/2 bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Courtbelow where the case is pending in connection with the aforesaid case, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
