2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case punishable for the offence under Sections 140(3), 103(1), 238 and 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. As per F.I.R., on 13.05.2025 at about 8:00 pm, informant's son left the house, but did not return till next morning. On 14.05.2025 and 15.05.2025, informant and his family members searched for his son and in course of search, they saw a CCTV Camera and thereafter, they saw a CCTV footage of dated 14.05.2025 and at about 12:01:29 wherein they saw that his missing son was accompanied with accused Rahul Kumar s/o Bhoda Kumar and Tamatar Kumar s/o Bihari Kumar. Informant's son did not return home and later on, his dead-body was recovered from the pond.

4. Name of petitioner surfaced during investigation and on his disclosure, dead-body of informant's son was recovered.

5. Considering the same, the prayer for bail of petitioner is rejected. However, since petitioner is in custody since 19.05.2025, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial.
