Suresh Prasad v. The State Of Bihar And ORS
IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA
Civil Writ Jurisdiction Case No.6435 of 2008 ====================================================== Suresh Prasad .... .... Petitioner/s
Versus
The State of Bihar & Ors .... .... Respondent/s ====================================================== Appearance :
For the Petitioner/s : None For the Respondent/s :
====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 23-03-2015 On call, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner either to press the petition or to make a prayer for adjournment. On last date, the case was got adjourned on the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner to get instruction regarding present status of the claim of the petitioner. Learned AC to GA No. 3 by way of referring to Annexure - 'A' to the counter affidavit submits that the petitioner was never appointed by any competent authority. However, in view of exigency of work he was engaged as daily wager and after some time no work has been taken from the petitioner. It has also been indicated that petitioner was never engaged against any sanctioned post.
Be that as it may, since none has appeared on behalf of the petitioner, the writ petition stands dismissed due to non prosecution.
