Petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 307 and other Sections of the I.P.C.

The petitioner has misused the privilege of bailfor about six years and is in custody for 1.1/2 months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Ad hoc Additional Sessions Judge, III, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sessions Trial No.54A of 1997 arising out of Dehri Nagar P.S.Case No. 39 of 1996 (G.R.No.150 of 1996).
