The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 47A of the Excise Act.
From the house of the petitioner 260 pouches of 200 ml were recovered and for that the petitioner is in jail since 06.11.2014. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he has remained in jail for two and half months, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M, Sikarhana at Motihari in Pakridayal P.S. Case No. 263 of 2014.
