In this case, the petitioners are claiming that the Government should enhance the exit settlement by 100% placing reliance on the decision taken by the Cabinet, but no formal order has been issued thereafter.

Patna High Court CWJC No.15392 of 2018(4) dt.23-07-2019 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have filed an application for enhancement of exit settlement by 100% before the Principal Secretary, Department of Sugarcane Industries, which is still pending, so this Court may direct the competent authority to decide the said application.

Let the Principal Secretary, Department of Sugarcane Industries, decide the pending application filed by the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ petition is disposed of.
