2. The present writ petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

(i) To quash the letter no. 394 and 395 dated 3.9.2017 passed by District Land Acquisition Officer, Khagaria (Respondent no. 3) which was passed without the

Patna High Court CWJC No.16355 of 2017(2) dt.23-06-2025 2/2 measurement of land onthe spot of survey Aam Road no. 122 already existed which was by the side of proposed Ν.Η. 107.

(ii) To direct the concerned Respondents that after taking entire area of survey Aam Road no. 122 deficit land which is required for construction of proposed N.H. 107 may be taken from the petitioners.

(iii) To grant any other relief/reliefs which the petitioners may be found entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition.
