Petitioner was driver of the tractor from which, the stone boulders were recovered. The petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 26-10-2015.

Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Chand P.S.
