2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Desari (Chandpura O.P.) P.S. Case No. 403 of 2021 registered for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, three unknown criminals are said to have looted the motorcycle of the petitioner on the National Highway and materials have come during investigation to connect the petitioner with the crime.

4. The petitioner is accused in 14 more cases of similar and serious nature and he is in jail since 18.5.2023.

5. Considering the criminal antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

7. The District Judge, Vaishali and the District Judge, Patna are directed to expedite the trial of all the cases pending against the petitioner and conclude the same at the earliest.
