Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The stolen articles are said to have been recovered from half constructed house of the petitioner but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the house in question was under construction and no one was residing in the said house. It is further contended by him that petitioner does not have any criminal history and he is languishing in jail custody since 02.09.2014. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
