JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is in jail custody since 24.11.2015 on the accusation that one another person had appeared in constable examination in his place and the aforesaid fact was detected when the hand writing and thumb impression of the petitioner were tallied at a later stage.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabhua in connection with Bhabhua P.S.Case No. 656 of 2015.
