Mr.Akhileshwar Dayal ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 03-04-2019 The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sheikhpura P.S.Case No. 642 of 2018 registered under Section 420 of the Indian penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of running an illegal NGO and inducing the informant and others to deposit Rs. 51/-. It is further alleged that for taking loan of Rs. 50,000/-, if they submit AADHAR Cards, photos as well as Rs. 20,000/-, Rs. 30,000/- will be waived. The Sub Divisional Officer, Sheikhpura had conducted raid and found several AADHAR Cards and other materials available in their firm.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that its a registered NGO and no any complaint is registered against this NGO.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, this application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and make prayer for regular bail, which shall be considered on the basis of materials available on record and accordingly disposed of without being prejudiced by this order, if possible, on the same day.
