2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ujiarpur P.S. Case No. 328 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 382/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Unknown criminals looted the collection agent of Bandhan Bank. The petitioner has given a confession. He is accused in ten more cases of similar and serious nature. The petitioner is in jail since 13.08.2024.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the nature of allegation levelled

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2470 of 2025(3) dt.09-04-2025 2/2 against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
