The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ghandhi Maidan P.S. Case No. 389 of 2019, registered for offence punishable under Sections 406, 420 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66(E) of the Information Technology Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that the petitioner is victim of fraud, played by the other accused and bank officials. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 10.09.2019.
