The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 151, 152 and 174 of the Railway Act.

The informant, a police officer, made allegation that many persons armed with different weapons assembled at the Railway Platform, Sasaram and damaged railway property. The informant himself stated that he came to know about the persons and thereafter disclosed the names of the petitioner and others. Considering the facts aforesaid, the nature of allegation and the fact that no specific allegation is made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
