ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 22-04-2015 The Petitioner was granted bail by order dated 26.11.2014 passed in Cr.Misc.No.34040 of 2014 but on condition that an affidavit would be filed on his behalf that he is not an accused in any other case.
Since the Petitioner is an accused in one other case, which was instituted on the same day for assault etc, such an affidavit could not be filed and the Petitioner continued to remain in custody.
In view of the fact that the Petitioner was found fit to be released on bail on merits, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 5,000/-(Five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each or any other
