The issue raised in the present writ application has been decided by this Court vide order dated 21.12.2017 in C.W.J.C. No. 12505 of 2017.

Considering the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner that this case is covered by the decision in C.W.J.C. No. 12505 of 2017, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to grant similar benefit to the petitioner, if the case of the petitioner is found similar to that of

Patna High Court CWJC No.14025 of 2018(2) dt.09-09-2019 2/2 petitioners of C.W.J.C. No. 12505 of 2017.

Necessary decision with all consequential benefit arising out of such decision must be taken by the respondents within a maximum period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

It is made clear that if there is delay on the part of the respondents in making decision for payment, the arrears will carry interest at the rate of 9% per annum from the date of its actual till the date of actual payment.

With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
