Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kazi Mohammadpur P.S. Case No.381/2022, registered for the offence punishable u/s 272/273 of the IPC and section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016-18. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, petitioner is at liberty to surrender before the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2540 of 2023(2) dt.28-03-2023 2/2 learned Court below within six weeks from today and seek regular bail and the learned Court below would pass the order, preferably, on the same day, in accordance with law, without being prejudiced of the withdrawal of this application.
