JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 29-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The victim has already been recovered and her statement under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been recorded. The victim stated in her statement that she was in love with the petitioner and solemnized her marriage by her own sweet will. The learned Magistrate assessed the age of victim as 16 years whereas victim disclosed her age as 18 years.
