2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5213 of 2025(10) dt.24-12-2025 2/3 alleged under Sections 323, 341, 386, 420, 406 and 120/34 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Complaint Case No. 135 of 2023.

3.As per the allegation, the petitioners, on the date of occurrence, came to the go-down of the complainant who is supplier of poultry fodder. They asked the complainant to give some article, but the complainant told them to clear the previous dues. On being infuriated, the accused persons assaulted the complainant brutally and threw him in Kawar Jheel.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated. He has submitted further that, as a matter of fact, the marriage of the daughter of petitioner no.1 was solemnized with brother of Raushan Kumar and there was some matrimonial dispute between the couple. Raushan Kumar is instrumental in the entire episode, and on his instigation, this false case has been lodged. Raushan Kumar is the witness in the present complaint petition.

5. It appears that the notices were sent, but none appeared on behalf of the complainant.

6. Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or

No.5213 of 2025(10) dt.24-12-2025 3/3 surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Manjhaul, Begusarai in connection with Complaint Case No. 135C of 2023.
