ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 28-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner is custody since 02.02.2015 in connection with Sono (Charka Pathar) P.S. Case No. 96 of 2013 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341 and 307of the Indian Penal Code and later on Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code has been added.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on a bare perusal of the F.I.R. it reveals that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner. The allegation has been levelled against one Chuna Singh, who gave Bhala blow on the head of the deceased. So far as the petitioner is concerned, it is alleged that he merely chased the informant who managed to escape.

No.12840 of 2015 (2) dt.28-05-2015 Considering the abovementioned submissions and also the fact that the petitioner has clean antecedent, let the petitioner Pankaj Singh be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Jamui, in connection with Sono (Charka Pathar) P.S.
