There is allegation against the petitioner that he along with three others assaulted the injured, Naushad Mian with lethal weapons but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that there is case and counter case between the parties and persons from both the sides sustained injury. It is further submitted by him that as a matter of fact, a sudden quarrel took place between the parties and in the aforesaid quarrel, both parties assaulted each others. Moreover, petitioner is in jail custody since 09.09.2015. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
