This application has filed for setting aside the order dated 03.12.2020 passed in Special Trial Number (PMLA)- 05 of 2020 by learned District and Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge PMLA, Patna.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has produced before this Court an order of the Hon'ble Apex Court in the Cr. Appeal No. 769/2023 (arising out of SLP (CRL.) No. 5433/2022) by which the petitioner has been granted interim protection.
