Petitioner is not named in the first information report but he was caught with stolen motorcycle by police officials of Kudra Police Station and for the aforesaid recovery, Kudra P.S. Case No. 219 of 2015 was registered against the petitioner. It appears that except the present case as well as above stated Kudra P.S. Case No. 219 of 2015, petitioner does not have any other criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2908 of 2016 (3) dt.19-02-2016 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Dinkar Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sasaram (M) P.S.
