====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 24-07-2018 The learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to correct the date of petition in first paragraph of this Civil Misc. petition.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. The petitioner/plaintiff filed this petition for a direction to the Court in seisin of the case to dispose of the petition dated 24.05.2016 and 17.03.2016 by which the plaintiff/petitioner sought permission from the Court to sale some lands to meet the expenses of treatment of his ailing wife.

Admittedly, the suit is for partition.

Patna High Court C.Misc. No.1055 of 2018 (2) dt.24-07-2018 2/2 Taking into consideration the facts that the petitioner requires money for treatment of his wife and for that the petitioner filed petition for permission from the Court in the year 2016/17 but till date those petitions are pending for hearing, I direct the Court in seisin of the case to dispose of the petitions of the petitioner within two months from the date of receipt of this order. Accordingly this Civil Misc. petition is disposed of with the aforesaid direction.
