Petitioner is not named in the first information report but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the name of petitioner surfaced in this case in confessional statement of coaccused and except the confessional statement of the co-accused, there is nothing against the petitioner. It is also pointed out on behalf of the petitioner that having more or less similar allegation, one co-accused namely, Kamlesh Singh and some others have already been granted privilege of bail by this Court.
